Clear rules for running your depot on Markaz.

These Terms of Use apply to Markaz Solution, provided by Citi Solution, for businesses in Pakistan and other regions where we make the service available.

If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Markaz provides software modules such as POS billing, inventory tracking, partner management, and accounts — described on our Features and Pricing pages.

We may update, improve, or retire features over time. Material changes that affect your daily workflow will be communicated with reasonable notice when practical.

Markaz is designed for wholesale and distribution workflows. It is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, or audit advice.

You are responsible for accurate registration information and for activity under your organization’s user accounts.

Assign roles so cashiers, managers, and owners see only what they need. Do not share one login across multiple people when separate accounts are available.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts to protect data while we investigate credible security concerns.

Use Markaz only for lawful business purposes related to your wholesale or distribution operations.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or access data belonging to other customers.

Do not upload malicious code or use the service to send spam or fraudulent invoices.

Paid access is governed by the pricing published on our Pricing page, including monthly and annual Pioneer plan terms, trial periods, and renewal windows.

Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Late or failed payments may result in limited access until the account is brought current.

Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or in writing from our sales team. Promotional trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled per published instructions.

You own the operational data you create in Markaz, including product catalogs, transactions, and partner records, subject to these terms and applicable law.

You grant Citi Solution a limited license to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of entries made by your team and for complying with local regulations that apply to your industry.

We provide onboarding and support channels described on our Contact page, including WhatsApp for sales and operational questions.

Support response times may vary by plan, issue severity, and business hours. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access in all network or power conditions.

Scheduled maintenance may occur; we try to minimize impact on peak billing windows where possible.

Markaz is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Citi Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for Markaz in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different amount is required by mandatory law.

You are responsible for maintaining your own business backups and continuity practices where required by your operations.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.

Continued use of Markaz after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing for enterprise arrangements.
