Our commitment

Plain-language privacy for depot owners and finance teams.

Markaz Solution is operated by Citi Solution for Pakistani wholesale and distribution businesses. We treat your operational data — customers, stock, invoices, and accounts — as confidential business information.

We collect only what is needed to provide the service, improve reliability, and support your team. We do not sell personal or business data to advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect

Account, usage, and support information you provide or generate in Markaz.

Business profile details: company name, depot or branch information, contact persons, and billing identifiers you enter during onboarding.

Operational data you create in Markaz: products, stock movements, invoices, partner ledgers, and financial entries required to run your wholesale workflows.

Technical and usage data: device type, browser, IP region, error logs, and feature usage patterns that help us keep the platform stable and secure.

Communications: messages you send to our sales or support team via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms when you request help or demos.

How we use information

To operate Markaz, support your team, and improve the product.

Provide and maintain your Markaz workspace, including billing, inventory, partner management, and accounts modules.

Respond to support requests, onboarding, and training related to your subscription.

Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and fix bugs that affect counter speed or data accuracy.

Send service-related notices such as billing reminders, security alerts, or product updates you have opted into.

Storage & security

Reasonable safeguards for wholesale business records.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and operational practices designed to protect business data on our infrastructure.

Only authorized Citi Solution personnel access production systems when required for support, maintenance, or security — and only to the extent needed for that task.

You are responsible for safeguarding user accounts, roles, and devices used at your depot. Use strong passwords and limit admin access to trusted staff.

When we share data

Limited sharing with infrastructure and payment partners only.

We may use trusted subprocessors for hosting, backups, analytics, and payment processing. They process data on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Markaz users and Citi Solution.

We do not share your wholesale transaction data with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Your choices & rights

Update, export, or request deletion of contact data where applicable.

You can update business and user details inside Markaz where your role permissions allow.

You may request correction or deletion of contact information we hold for sales and support purposes by reaching out through our Contact page.

If you close your account, we will retain backups for a limited period as needed for legal, billing, or disaster-recovery obligations, then delete or anonymize data according to our retention schedule.

Our marketing website may use essential cookies for session security and basic analytics to understand how visitors find Markaz.
